I look different.

My body is a different shape. Walking everyday is firming my butt and my legs. My thighs are 3 inches smaller than they were in January. The pouch of fat that was building over my knees is gone.

I have broken the barrier.

I have now lost more than 20 pounds. I have lost 4 inches from my waist. I have lost 2 pants sizes.

I cheated.

My cousin graduated from the UM and we went out and had pizza and beer and more pizza and more beer and more beer after that. I was too sick to exercise and pizzas are made of bread. I don't know how many slices they equate but I bet it's alot.

I am ahead of schedule.

When I began my undiet and unplan for losing weight, I predicted that I would lose 2 to 3 pounds a month. According to a chart I made, I was to weight approximately 188 pounds today.

Today I weigh 182 pounds. I am 5 pounds ahead of schedule. I want to make a new chart but I am afraid I will jinx myself if I start counting my chickens too early.

2 Pounds Off Again

I lost two pounds since last week. It might look behind but I see it as getting back on track. I have lost more weight than I thought I would at this time. I only thought I would lose 1 pound every few weeks.

So this is all very good news.
