I Must Walk More

I weigh the same as I did last week. I ate all the same but I didn't lose any pounds.

The meeting at Helena was a blast. My dress was a success. I met so many people. Even the ones who ignored me last year came up and talked to me afterwards.

Summer Clothes Are On Sale

During my lunch break, I drove over to to Herberger's and bought a new dress. I look two sizes smaller. I'm raising the hem two inches and replacing the faux buttons with clear crystal beads I bought in Hamilton at the bead show.

I already know which shoes will match. Look out Helena.

Must Be Something I Ate.

Last Friday morning, I only weighed 160 pounds, but this morning which is Monday, when I weighed myself for my records I weighed 162 pounds.

Sheila and I went to Top Hat Saturday night and I had a pint and then yesterday after church I had fried chicken, corn on the cob and potatoes and country gravy. Who would think that I could gain two pounds eating chicken?
