Last week I didn't lose any weight and this week I lost only one pound. I think I am starting to pay more attention to what I eat.
This started with me not eating a slice or two of bread every day but now I sometimes don't eat any bread or any pasta. I eat more vegetables than I used to and now I like salads.
I exercise more. I take the stairs and I walk every day at lunch. I still have 21 pounds to lose but I never thought I'd get this far. It's been 9 months since I started and I have lost almost 40 pounds. It isn't the weight that makes me look better. It's the inches I've lost in my waist and thighs. I have lost almost 40 pounds but it appears like I have lost more by my clothes and my energy.
