Monday is the start of my work week. And Monday is the first day of my Un-Diet.
I am sure I won't miss 2 slices of bread. I usually eat 8 slices in a day. My plan will be to not eat a slice for breakfast and not eat a slice for lunch.
I am not going to count on the butter calories. That is to be my surprise when I weigh myself.
