I have been on my diet for 2 weeks and I have lost 3 pounds. I don't even feel like I am on a diet.
Two slices of buttered bread is not something I am missing.
I am walking for minutes. I decided not to think about the number of blocks. I read on a blog that a woman lost 50 pounds in one year by walking during lunch. She timed herself by walking out from her place of employment for 15 minutes. Then she would turn around, and walk back for a total of 30 minutes.
I walk from my home for 15 minutes, and then I turn around and go back home.
Weight: 197 pounds
