Hello.

My name is Patty, and I am addicted to Fry Bread.

4 cups flour, enough to keep dough from getting sticky
1 Tbsp. powdered milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1½ cups warm water
Shortening for frying

After mixing the ingredients, flatten the dough very thin and then fry it on both sides in an iron skillet in hot melted shortening.
