1 Hour Twice

I leave right at lunchtime and walk for my hour so I won't be around all the good food in the breakroom and I walk every evening for an hour after dinner.

I think it's getting me over the hump. I am only 16 pounds from my target. If I am very very good I will be 140 pounds for Christmas.
