1 Hour Twice

I leave right at lunchtime and walk for my hour so I won't be around all the good food in the breakroom and I walk every evening for an hour after dinner.

I think it's getting me over the hump. I am only 16 pounds from my target. If I am very very good I will be 140 pounds for Christmas.

It is so hard.

My coworkers are bringing in so many goodies now that it's cool enough to bake. It's time to make cookies and candy and everyone is doing it.

I walk twice a day but I only lost one pound.

Hello.

My name is Patty, and I am addicted to Fry Bread.

4 cups flour, enough to keep dough from getting sticky
1 Tbsp. powdered milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1½ cups warm water
Shortening for frying

After mixing the ingredients, flatten the dough very thin and then fry it on both sides in an iron skillet in hot melted shortening.
